JP "Classic" Cup

Flamstead Golf Society brings together all players to compete for "The JP Classic Cup", which is played over 18 holes using stapleford competition. The winner with the most points takes home the prize money and will have there named added to the trophy. Those who win the trophy have there handicap cut by a couple of shots for the next day. In addition there are two "nearest the pin holes" plus one hole being chosen for the "Longest Drive" competition. Water holes and "no scoring fines" contribute towards a charity donation to the Isabelle Hospice. The player with the least amount of point takes the wooden spoon.
